Mrs. Lyn Bacon is a mother of 8 and grandmother of 7. She is married to Pastor Michael Bacon of Freedom Life Church, and they reside in Garner, NC with their family.
Mrs. Lyn graduated from Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina in December 2002 with a Bachelor of Elementary Education. She graduated in August of 2013 from Strayer University with a Master of Education in Instructional Technology.
After having taught in the elementary schools in the public school systems, Mrs. Lyn saw a need to help prepare children for their entry into kindergarten. She began Lions and Lambs Preschool in September 2013 to help 3, 4, and 5 year old children have a successful beginning to their academic career. Founder and Principal of Agape Int’l Christian Academy in August of 2016 and now Freedom Life Academy in August of 2020, Mrs. Lyn Bacon has a heart for the children to blossom into the individuals they are meant to be.

Pastor Michael Bacon
FLA Chaplain
Pastor Michael Bacon is Freedom Life Academy’s Chaplain. Pastor of our host church, Freedom Life Church, he will be leading our Chapel sessions each Wednesday. Pastor Michael lives in Garner, NC, with his family and works in the IT field. He has a heart for children, missions, and the community.
